What is your current turnaround time?
Our current turnaround time is 5 business days. If you require your order sooner please let me know and i will do my best to accommodate where i can.During busy periods such as father's day, christmas and sales i may not be able to meet all requests
How much is Shipping?
Postage is flat rate $5.50 Australia wide via regular post.
Express shipping is a flat rate of $13 Australia Wide.
My order has not arrived, what can I do?
Unfortunately shipping is completely out of my hands, as much as I would love to be able to resolve these issues I unfortunately have as much control over postage times as you. once your order has been shipped you will receive a email, this email may also contain your tracking number. if you do not have a tracking number this is because it has been sent via Large Letter PRIORITY postage. Delivery according to Australia post website is 2/4 business days.

Why do you use a mixture of Australia post & Sendle?
Sendle are great when sending a parcel within WA. it is next day delivery. Australia post can on the rare occasion have a 6 business day delivery within WA due to there being no sorting centres here all parcels pass 1 of 3 sorting centres east coast. another reason is that Sendle offer a fragile service where as Australia post don't, scrabble frames are almost always sent via Sendle.
Do you offer express postage?
yes! please select the express shipping upgrade option at checkout. an additional fee is required. normal order processing times apply.
Why does the wood have some markings on it?
All of our products are handmade which means no two products will be the same. when working with wood lots of different grains can come through when working on your item. unfortunately there is nothing we can do in this instance as we sometimes cannot tell what each layer of wood will look like until we start etching.
My order arrived and there is a mistake, what can I do!?
Firstly, we are extremely sorry! we pay very close attention to our products however sometimes we may make a small mistake. Human errors unfortunelty can happen from time to time. Please contact me ASAP so I can resolve the issue for you! email@example.com. all custom orders are sent artwork to approve prior to us finalising your order. we cannot take any responsibility for any misspelt words/names that have been sent to us. Nevertheless if we have made a spelling error that is different from your written request we will replace this free of charge. Once you have approved artwork we cannot be held responsible for any misspelt names/grammer.
what if I change my mind?
once an order is placed we cannot accept cancellations, especially on our handmade range. if your item is no longer required please contact us as soon as possible, we may at our discretion, offer a store credit to the value of the order you originally placed. In accordance with Australian Retail Policy, we can only accept returns or exchanges for faulty or damaged items.
