We have a Flat Rate Shipping cost of $4.95 Aus wide. Express post upgrade is also available at a flat rate of $12. Free shipping is for orders over $60.
we offer pickup if you live close by! we are based in Perth, Wa, 6030. Please select this option at checkout. An email will be sent to you once your order is ready for collection.
If you provide a P.O box and we send your order via a courier we may ask you for an alternate delivery address as unfortunately the couriers do not deliver to po boxes. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address so please ensure all information is correct.
Shipping is completely out of hands (Honestly, sometimes I wish I could hand deliver your order so I can be in control!) if your given a tracking number on your shipping confirmation email, you can keep track of your order in transit. please allow enough time for your order to arrive if you require it for a special occasion. Shipping times can vary from 3-14 business days.
we use both Aus post & Sendle.
On some occasions a tracking number Is not provided, In this case your order will be sent as a Large Letter and are sent Priority postage via Aus post.
we double wrap your order for protection to prevent any damage however we cannot be held responsible for any Damaged or Broken items in transit. unfortunately shipping is completely out of my hands. As a Receiver you can contact the shipping company used and they may be able to assist you further if this matter does arise.
Our current turnaround time is 5 Business Days (excluding weekends and WA public holidays) however we aim to get all orders out as soon as possible and this could be much sooner!
Seasonal times such as Christmas and when we have a storewide Sale on please be aware the turnaround time may be up to 10 business days. Our Aim is to get your items out as quickly as possible!

All Items are handmade. Due to the hand crafted nature, no two pieces are exactly the same. Each will have unique differences or quirks.
Great care is taken to ensure that photographs and text descriptions are a true representation of the products so that you receive items that you are happy with, however, please bear in mind that colours may appear differently on screens and slight variations may occur.
Natures Treasures Boutique Legally cannot take any responsibility for Lost Or Damaged items caused in transit. all items are thouroughly checked before sending. We take pride in wrapping items to ensure they arrive to you safe and in the same condition they left us.
We Post the majority of our orders in Australia post satchels which come with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped a shipment email will be emailed to you.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
Payment is to be made at the time of ordering on our website. Please select your prefered option at checkout.
Paypal invoices are sent to your provided email address when an item is available via our facebook/instagram page, payment is due immediately. For custom orders & all seasonal products, payment is to be made prior to us finalising your order.
Returns & Refunds:
We do not offer returns on "change of mind" however if the item you received is not as described on our website please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds however if you return your item (customer to pay return postage) we will issue you with a store credit.

Using A Provided Sale Code/Discount Remains Your Responsibility .
Please Ensure That When Using A Sale Code , That The Code / Discount Has Been Applied To Your Order Amount Before You Complete Your Checkout .
If You Forget To Add A Sale Code / Discount , We Will Not Be Held Responsible . once your order Has Been Completed Through The Checkout , Changes Are Not Permitted .
Once You Have Checked Out & Finalised Your Order - Your Order Is Final .We do not refund based on a missing Sale / Discount Code.
only 1 discount code can be used per order. once a code has expired we can no longer honour it. Store Credit is also classed as a discount code as you are given a unique once off code.
